The Military Quest™ Academy is built on a different philosophy: your transition out of the military should begin before you ever join. The traditional military journey is often treated as separate stages: join the military, serve your time, and then start thinking about civilian life when it is time to leave. The Military Quest™ Academy takes a different approach by helping future service members think beyond simply getting into the military and start planning for where they want military service to take them. Future service members learn to enter with a long-term plan already in place, thinking about the skills they want to develop, the education and benefits they can maximize, the experience they need to gain and document, and the civilian future they eventually want to build. Instead of waiting until the final months of their military career to prepare for transition, they can use their entire time in service to prepare for what comes next. The Military Quest™ Academy is more than military preparation; it is a system for helping you build your military career and civilian future at the same time. The mission is to help you join with a plan, serve with purpose, continue growing throughout your military career, and prepare for civilian success long before the day you take off the uniform. If we want to change what happens after military service, we have to change how people prepare before it begins. The Military Quest™ Academy: Your transition doesn't start when you leave the military. It starts before you join.
